Tom worked with us to re-position our annual conference, developing an identity of its own and launching in 2018 as the Swindon & Wiltshire Growth Summit which saw a 79% year-on-year increase in delegate registrations. Tom was also instrumental in improving the commercial viability of the summit, delivering a successful campaign in 2019 that generated over £21,000 of sponsorship for the event.
